Georgina

Storage Manager

I have recently joined the Britannia Beckwith team as Storage Manager. In my role, I oversee self-storage bookings across four locations, convert enquiries, drive occupancy growth and identify opportunities to expand what we offer. I also look after our current storage customers and make sure sites are safe, clean and in good condition. I’m learning about removals as well, so I can help those customers too.

My background is in hospitality operations management. Most recently, I worked as a Hotel Manager for a budget brand. I have also delivered large-scale events including weddings, charity galas and stadium hospitality. Earlier in my career, I spent two years in France providing educational residential experiences for children, combining French language immersion with guided visits to First and Second World War historical sites.

Outside of work, I play netball in the local league and enjoy trying new recipes to improve my cooking skills. I live in Eastbourne with my fiancé and our three cats.

Lee Cradock

HGV Driver

With 11 years of experience in the removals industry, I’ve built my career from the ground up, running my own international removals business for 10 years before joining Britannia in 2025.

My background is hands-on and multi-skilled, covering everything from Class 1 driving and international transport logistics to surveying, move coordination, packing, and portering. Having managed moves at every level, I understand both the operational detail and the bigger picture needed to deliver smooth, stress-free relocations.
